What custom merchandise can you produce?
Apparel, caps, workwear, backpacks, tote bags, umbrellas, pens, mugs and bottles, notebooks, tech, merchandise packaging and event kits. If you’re looking for an item that isn’t on the list, ask us: we work with the same promotional product catalogs as the rest of the market.
How does the 10% discount work?
You send us your supplier’s current quote and we price the same product, with the same marking technique and the same quantity, with our production partner. If we can beat it, the price is at least 10% lower; if not, we tell you and you pay nothing.
Does the 10% discount apply if I don't have a quote?
No. The 10% minimum applies when there’s an existing quote to compare against. If you’re starting from scratch, use the new quote form and we’ll give you a factory-direct price.
What do I need to send to get a quote?
Your logo in vector format, the item or items you want, marking colors and positions, quantities and delivery date. If you already have a quote from another supplier, that document is enough.
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes. You order a physical sample with your logo, paying only its cost; you approve it and we start production.
Can you prepare kits with several items and a box?
Yes. We produce the items and the merchandise packaging, assemble the kits and deliver them ready to hand out or ship.
What if my design or logo isn't ready?
The design is done by Addicional, our branding agency: logo, illustration or final artwork ready for production.
How long do you take to reply?
Within 48 working hours at most, whether you send us your current quote or request a new one from scratch.
