What data we process
The data you provide through the website forms: first and last name, company, email, phone, industry, product type, run, deadline, comments and any documents you attach (for example, quotes from other suppliers). Also the browsing data described in the cookie policy.
Purposes and legal basis
Handling quote requests and inquiries. Purpose: to review your current quote, prepare and send you our offer, and manage samples and, where applicable, the order. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Marketing communications. Purpose: to send you information about Promopack products and services related to your request. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legitimate interest in the case of customers (Art. 21.2 LSSI). You may object at any time.
Compliance with legal obligations. Purpose: invoicing and tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention period
Data from requests and inquiries is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it. Third-party quotes you attach are kept only for as long as needed to prepare our offer and manage the order.
Recipients
To prepare the offer and manufacture the product, the technical order data (product, specifications, run and delivery address) is shared with our packaging printing partner, who acts as a data processor or as a supplier for production and delivery. Technology service providers (web hosting, email) with which Addicional Marketing, S.L. has signed the corresponding data processing agreements may also access the data. No data is disclosed to other third parties except where required by law.
International transfers
No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is planned. If any technology provider were to process data outside the EEA, this would be done with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@addicional.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of your ID document. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
